Terra Presisi Metalworks fabricates cable management in North Jakarta for industrial runs that a catalog length will not cover — unusual spans, site-measured risers, and finishes that have to survive the plant. Trays, ladders, and supports are cut, slotted, formed, and finished as one package.

Questions

Before you send drawings

  • We fabricate to the drawing. If you need standard 2.4 m or 3 m lengths with a specified width, height, and slot pattern, we can produce them. Most of our work is project tray: odd spans, fittings, and supports that catalog lines do not stock.

  • Hot-dip galvanizing is typical for plant and outdoor runs. Painted or powder-coated tray is available for indoor electrical rooms. Stainless is used where corrosion or hygiene specs require it. Send the finish with the RFQ so we sequence coating after fabrication.

  • Yes. Fittings are cut and formed from the same material as the straight run so slot pattern and return height match. Send a route isometric or a fitting schedule and we will kit elbows, tees, crosses, and risers with the lengths.

  • Span and load follow the drawing and the tray type (perforated vs ladder). We size returns, rungs, and support spacing to the specified duty — not a generic catalog table. If you only have cable fill and support centres, we will propose a section and confirm it before cutting.

  • Straight lengths in mild steel are typically 7–14 working days after approval, plus galvanizing time when HDG is specified. Fittings and mixed stainless packages take longer. We can phase dispatch so site installation is not waiting on the last elbow.
