Questions
Our welders are certified for MIG, TIG, and stick processes on carbon steel and stainless steel per AWS D1.1 (structural) or ASME IX (pressure equipment) standards, depending on project requirements. Certifications are maintained through regular re-qualification and can be provided upon request.
Our primary capability is shop-based fabrication with controlled environment and full QC. For large structures requiring site installation, we can provide bolt-up crews and site welding services within Jakarta and surrounding industrial areas. Structural steel erection is coordinated with the main contractor.
Yes. We weld stainless steel (304, 316, duplex) using TIG process with appropriate filler and shielding gas to maintain corrosion resistance. Specialty alloys like Inconel or titanium require specific procedures and may need third-party qualification depending on code requirements.
Standard deliverables include material certificates (mill certs), weld maps showing joint locations, dimensional inspection reports, and visual weld inspection checklists. For code work (ASME, AWS), we provide welder qualification records, weld procedure specifications (WPS), and third-party NDT reports.
Yes. We fabricate structural steel per AWS D1.1 and pressure equipment per ASME Section VIII (unfired pressure vessels) when specified. Code compliance includes qualified welders, approved WPS, and third-party inspection as required by the standard.
Lead time depends on project scope: simple brackets and frames are typically 1–2 weeks; complex assemblies with trial fit-up and finishing may take 3–4 weeks. Large structural packages or code-work requiring third-party inspection can extend to 6–8 weeks. Contact us with your schedule requirements for a detailed timeline.
