Before you send drawings

  • We cut mild steel (carbon steel), stainless steel (304, 316), galvanized steel, and aluminum. Our fiber laser is optimized for ferrous metals up to 20mm, while plasma cutting handles thicker structural plate up to 25mm.

  • We accept DXF and DWG files (AutoCAD format) for direct CNC programming. PDF drawings with dimensions can also be used, though vector files ensure the highest accuracy. If you only have sketches or concepts, our engineering team can help prepare production-ready files.

  • Standard laser cutting projects are completed within 3–7 working days from order confirmation, depending on material availability and queue. Rush orders can often be accommodated with 1–2 day turnaround for an express fee. Contact us with your deadline for a specific schedule.

  • We can provide material from our trusted suppliers, or you can supply your own plate if you prefer specific grades or have existing stock. Material-inclusive quotes are typically faster since we handle procurement and quality verification.

  • Yes. We support single-piece prototypes for product development as well as batch production runs. Our nested cutting and process optimization ensure cost efficiency even for repeat orders of 100+ units.

  • Our laser cutting systems maintain ±0.1mm to ±0.2mm positional tolerance on most profiles, with edge quality suitable for welding without secondary machining. Critical dimensions can be verified with CMM inspection upon request.
